Medicinal Properties
The Bilberries provide powerful antioxidants in that they help formation of and strengthening of
connective tissue and capillaries. Bilberries are known as a mild laxative because the fruit has a high
sugar content. Known to reduce the appearance of varicose veins, it also is useful in treating
hemorrhoids and fragile capillaries.

Keeping Blueberries under the doormat will keep away undesirables. Eat blueberry pie when under
attack. This gets the protection inside you and increases the herb's protectiveness.

Bilberry leaves are not to be used for lengths longer than 3 weeks at a time, as it can cause symptoms
