Blue Moon Botanicals does not share, sell or trade customer information including email
or postal mail addresses with anyone. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of
new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on the orders received. We do our own
bulk postal mailing.
However, if you decide that you do not want these mailings, you can simply un subscribe
by sending us a blank email in reply to one of our emails and we will make sure you are
no longer on any mailing lists. This is our promise to you.

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt by
emailing returns@bluemoonbotanicalsny.com
Please have the original invoice number to reference. We will accept items for return that are
approved and given an RMA number. At the current time, we are happy to report that we do
not charge any type of restocking fee.
Due to the increase in shipping costs (in direct relation to gas prices) we at the current time,
ask that shipping prices for returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, to help
with shipping prices, you may ship via whichever method is best for you and your return will
still be accepted, as long as it has a postmark date within the 30 day return time table and the
included RMA #. (given by Blue Moon Botanicals when you contact us via email for the
return.)
When an order is refused, we will not refund shipping charges. We will contact you if such a case arises but
hope that no orders we send out will be refused to a paying customer.

| Sales Tax Policy We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of New York. Price changes Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on our website will be the most current. Back order Policy Blue Moon Botanicals strives to keep updated stock and all items in stock at all times. However, we cannot always foresee if we are going to go out of stock at all times. Therefore, when an item is backordered, our typical course of action is to ship it as soon as it comes in. If this happens, you will receive an email when you place your order with the estimated date of arrival for the item as well as when it will ship to you. |
| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, please feel free to contact us before placing an order. E.g. HEM Incense Product Page was once listed that each item was $1.00. However, the informative paragraph at the top of this page noted that each incense would be sold for $0.95. If you catch an error like this, please contact us before placing an order so that we may correct the pricing. If we should catch the error on our end first, will attempt to contact you before canceling the order or item that is incorrect. Or we will contact you, explaining the mistake and ask if you would like to move forward with the order, be refunded the amount of the order, or, if applicable, refunded the incorrect amount if you were overcharged. |
